What is the Sanctaglow Volcanic Flame Humidifier? It's an ultrasonic humidifier and aromatherapy diffuser with a realistic flame-effect light. It adds a soothing mist to your room while creating the look of a flickering volcano flame with no real fire and no heat.

Does it use real fire? No, there's no real fire and no heat. The flame is a cool LED light effect that blends with the rising mist to look like a flickering flame, and it stays completely cool to the touch.

What flame colours can I choose? You can switch between two flame modes: a warm Deep Lava Orange and a cool Glacier Blue, so you can set the mood to match the moment.

Using Your Humidifier

How long does it run on one fill? It runs for up to 10 hours of continuous mist on a full tank, depending on the setting and the size you choose. The larger 560ml tank lasts longer than the compact 360ml.

How much water does it hold? It comes in two sizes: a 360ml tank for bedside tables and smaller rooms, and a 560ml tank for larger rooms and longer run times.

Can I use essential oils in it? Yes, just add a few drops of essential oil to the water and the mist will carry the scent through the room, so it doubles as an aromatherapy diffuser. Use water-soluble oils made for diffusers.

Is it noisy? No, it runs ultra-quietly using ultrasonic technology, which makes it well suited to bedrooms, home offices, and yoga or meditation spaces.

Safety & Care

Is it safe to leave on overnight? Yes, it's safe to run overnight. A built-in auto-shutoff turns the unit off automatically when the water runs out, and with no real flame or heat, it's fine on a bedside table while you sleep.

How do I clean it? Empty any leftover water and wipe the tank with a soft, damp cloth after each use, then descale it every couple of weeks with a little water-and-vinegar solution to keep the mist flowing. Always unplug it before cleaning.

Help — I think my order is lost! Most delayed orders simply need time for the tracking to update, so give the link a little time to refresh. If your order still hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us right away and we'll get it sorted.
